Part of the magic of the ESCP Scientific and Annual Meeting is the professional connections and friendship you will make. Make sure to join the various networking opportunities we have embedded into the conference agenda and then use your ESCP app to keep those connections going.

On Wednesday we host a Welcome Reception where you will get to meet other delegates as well as speakers while enjoying canapes and drinks in the early evening. On Thursday, we offer an extraordinary evening at the Säulenhalle, an annex of the Volksgarten nightclub. The ticket price will include an informal Viennese light supper with an open bar for the first two hours, so book your ticket early to avoid disappointment.

Enjoy Vienna

Vienna’s history reaches back to around about the first century AD, when the Romans established the military camp Vindobona. Today, it spans both sides of the famous Danube River. Located in north-eastern Austria, close to the borders of Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia, Vienna lies at the easternmost extension of the Alps.

Visitors to Vienna can expect plenty of amazing experiences. It’s artistic and intellectual legacy was shaped by residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud and lends itself to many an historical and educational experience. The city’s architecture is incredible, and the city is rich in historical sites, from St Stephen's Cathedral to exploring Empress Sisi's old gymnasium in the 600-year-old Imperial Palace. The Danube itself provides much to do, with cruises available to see the city from a different viewpoint.

Whether it is your first or tenth time at the ESCP Annual Meeting, we hope you come away refreshed, inspired and better connected than when you arrived. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
