Rising Stars - giving young researchers a durable platform on the international stage

Every year the National Societies Committee and the Scientific Committee jointly select 7-8 emerging scientists as Rising Stars at UEG Week. Those young researchers are awarded Rising Star status based on a track record of international-quality research. The selected awardees are rewarded with a number of benefits among which are a talk in the core programme of UEG Week and other faculty tasks as well as the participation in the AGA exchange programme at UEG Week and DDW.

All National Society Members are encouraged to nominate young, aspiring researchers in gastroenterology until 30 September 2012.
