A chance for collaborators, investigators and their teams to meet and exchange ideas

Professor Gina Brown is pleased to announce that her group are running their 4th International Colorectal Symposium as a review of their current trials and to discuss future research opportunities. They are looking forward to another lively and interesting day!

Sessional questions:

  • How can the current rectal cancer trials improve organ preservation?
  • What do we know so far about organ preservation?
  • Can we better understand the mechanisms and pathways of colorectal cancer spread?
  • How have colorectal surgical trials improved patient outcomes?

Feedback we have had from previous years includes:

  • "It was the most exciting and thought-provoking meeting that I have ever attended"
  • "I really enjoyed the symposium - it was a great meeting. I was glad every discussion ran on, as they were all fascinating."
  • "Thank you for the symposium yesterday. I returned on the train last night with renewed enthusiasm and a desire to try and improve our service."
