Cohort Studies & Audits

Multicentre snap-shot prospective audits have the power to bring together surgeons and units across multiple regions or countries for a common research goal, thus strengthening an active network of research participation across Europe and beyond.

We are expanding ESCP's remit by encouraging perspective cohort studies and have set up a Cohort Studies Sub-Committee, co-ordinating annual snap-shot audits.

ESCP has been collaborating with JSCP on a reciprocal basis since 2008 and it is with pleasure that we will welcome a JSCP fellow to our Annual Meeting every year.

In return, ESCP again had the pleasure in announcing this excellent opportunity for an ESCP member to be awarded a JSCP fellowship, kindly initiated and organised by the International Committee of the Japan Society of Coloproctology.
