How to Register
Registrations can be made through the Online Registration Portal.
All delegates must create a new account or use an existing account to log into the Online Registration Portal, and then create a registration in their account.
Using a personal email address when creating a new account is advisable. This is especially important if your work email has strict security settings that may block emails from the Conference Secretariat.
If you have previously submitted an abstract, you may already have an account.
If you are creating a registration for someone else, you can create an account using your details and provide the delegate’s information on the registration form. Once registered, you can add another participant via the ‘Add Participant’ button.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration number.
FOR ESCP MEMBERS - Please log into your membership account to retrieve a special registration code to apply during registration. Online Only members and Under 35 members are not eligible for the ESCP member fee.
FOR PARTICIPATING SOCIETIES - Members of participating societies are eligible for the ESCP member rate. If you have not yet received the access code, please contact your society’s membership office to obtain it.

Virtual Fees: Delegates/recipients of the service from the EU with a valid VAT number are subject to the reverse charge system and the fee is 0% VAT (to be paid by the recipient in his/her country). VAT is shifted to the recipient, articles 44 and 196 EU VAT Directive. A valid VAT Number will be requested and validated during the online registration process. For delegates/recipients of the service from a country outside of the EU, the fee is 0% VAT. Delegates/recipients of the service from the EU who are not VAT payers, the fee includes VAT. Cancellation Conditions
Registration Cancellations
Until 7 May 2025 – a 20% cancellation fee will be applied
From 8 May until 10 June 2025 – a 50% cancellation fee will be applied
From 11 June until 4 August 2025 – a 70% cancellation fee will be applied
From 5 August 2025 – a 100 % cancellation fee will be applied
Cancellation of Other Bookable Items
Until 10 June 2025 – a 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from each item
From 11 June 2025 – a 100% cancellation fee will be applied
General Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations must be submitted by email to the ESCP 2025 Conference Organizer
Refund requests after 5 August 2025 will not be accepted
The change of registration fee type is charged with a 20 EUR administrative fee
Name changes are subject to a 20 EUR fee if requested at least one week before the event.
Please note that delegates, who register with the Reduced Country rate while not eligible, will be asked to pay the difference in fees plus a 20 EUR surcharge

Final Invoice
The final invoice can be downloaded from the Online Registration Portal three weeks after the registration is confirmed and paid in full. The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the registration process (step Contact/Invoice details).
Any change of such details (name, address, VAT number, etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registration date and is subject to a 20 EUR fee.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include the participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
Invitation Letter
Delegates can download their invitation letter from the Online Registration Portal once their registration has been paid in full.
Certificate of Attendance
After the Conference, the Certificate of Attendance will be available for download in the Online Registration Portal for all participating delegates.
Cancellation or Modification of the ESCP Conference in Appropriate Circumstances
In appropriate circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the event without prior notice. This may eg. include a change of time and/or venue. Any such decision shall be communicated as soon as reasonably practical. Appropriate circumstances may include circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organiser preventing or impeding the realisation of the conference. For example, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague, or other epidemics or health concerns such as SARS, bird flu, COVID-19, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disasters, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike or other protest, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism or security concerns.
