  • Formalised work based assessment of performance

Note: St Mark's is generally elective surgery

Endoscopy skills

  • Unlikely to be able to offer endoscopy training

Research and audit

  • Fellow can participate in research/audit project
  • Fellow can present results at local/national/international meetings
  • Fellow can participate in ongoing ESCP audit/cohort studies

  • There is a huge teaching program for postgraduates that the fellow can be part of
