Please read the following guidelines carefully when preparing your e-poster.
POSTER REQUIREMENTS
- Language: English
- File Type: PDF (max. 200 MB)
- Format: 1 page, PORTRAIT ORIENTATION
- Dimensions: Full HD resolution (1080 x 1920 px)
Your poster must not exceed the maximum size. You can download the template with pre-set dimensions. You may replace the conference logo with your institutional logo, if desired.
POSTER UPLOAD
The poster upload system is now OPEN! Please carefully review your poster for spelling and grammar before submitting the final version, as only one file can be uploaded. The uploaded file will be reviewed to ensure it meets the technical specifications and will be approved then. Once an e-poster is approved, it cannot be re-uploaded and it will be accessible to all the registered participants on the online conference platform. All posters have to be uploaded via the platform below, not via e-mail.
Upload Deadline: 2 September 2025
- Visit the ONLINE CONFERENCE PLATFORM to upload your e-poster.
- Log in using your e-mail address associated with your ESCP 2025 registration (top right corner - “User login"). You will receive your password by e-mail. Please save it for future use.
- Click on E-Poster Upload and upload your final poster.
POSTER AREA ON-SITE
Posters will be displayed during the whole conference on e-poster kiosks located in the Poster area.
Poster area is located in room Neuilly 151.
Opening hours of the Poster area:
- Wednesday, 10 September 2025: 8:00 – 18:00
- Thursday, 11 September 2025: 8:00 – 18:00
- Friday, 12 September 2025: 8:00 – 16:00
Tips for preparing your poster
Posters are a key medium for the effective communication of your scientific research. To maximise impact and clarity, we recommend adhering to the following guidelines below.
Content
Each poster should include the following elements.
- A concise, descriptive title
- Full names of all contributing authors
- Authors’ institutional affiliations
- Clear, bullet-pointed text
- Emphasis on the study's aim and conclusions, using bold or coloured fonts to highlight key messages and practical implications
- An introduction outlining the objective of the study
- A brief oral summary to guide discussions, supported by visuals
Fonts
To ensure readability from a distance of 2 metres, we recommend the following minimum font sizes:
- at least 60pt for the title;
- at least 44pt for the authors/affiliations and possible headings of sections;
- at least 36pt for the main body text.
Pictures and graphics
Please ensure all images are of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). Use colour and graphics to enhance clarity and visual appeal. It is advisable to include at least 2 images or figures to illustrate your study design and results.
ESCP CONFERENCE AWARDS
Abstracts submitted into the Six of the Best, New Trials Forum, Surgical Videos, Elevator Pitch and E-Poster, each have an award for the best abstract presented. Winners are selected based on highest scoring.
The Award Ceremony will take place on Friday, 12 September 2025, 15:30-15:45 in the room Le Grand Amphiteathre.
