These prestigious awards are an integral part of the Annual Meeting. Abstracts submitted into the Six Best, New Trials Forum, Surgical Videos, Elevator Pitch and E-Poster, each have an award for the best abstract presented.
 

Rising Star Award

This winner of the Rising Start award is the highest scoring abstract (after Six of the Best) by  a submitting author under 40 years of age.  The winner will receive €600.

Six Best

The winner of the Six Best will receive €600 and will have the opportunity to attend the ASCRS Annual conference the following year.

Best Elevator Pitch and Best E-Poster Award

We are honoured to announce that this year’s Best Elevator Pitch Award and Best E-Poster Award are generously supported by Colorectal Disease.
Recipients of these prestigious awards will be awarded €300 and offered the opportunity to publish their full papers in Colorectal Disease, pending an expedited peer-review process.

The Best E-Poster is in Memory of Professor Neil Smart.
