Please carefully check the time and duration of your talk. To ensure the schedule runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to your allotted time. We kindly encourage you to be in the room prior to the start of the session. We appreciate your cooperation.
The order of presentations, along with the names of session chairs and other speakers can be found in the detailed interactive program on the ESCP 2025 website.
PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS
- Format: PPTX/PDF (Apple Keynote and Prezi are not supported)
- Maximum file size: 500 MB
- Template (optional): DOWNLOAD HERE
- Conflict of Interest disclosure: Indicate any conflicts of interest on the second slide of your presentation.
If there are none, please state that explicitly.
IMPORTANT: Any external content (e.g. videos, multimedia files) must be embedded directly in the
presentation.
PRESENTATION UPLOAD
Please note that due to the technical setup, personal laptops cannot be used for presenting in the lecture rooms. There will be 2 possibilities how to upload your presentation:
A) ONLINE CONFERENCE PLATFORM (recommended)
You may upload your presentation at any time before the conference, but no later than 2 hours before your session begins. Please ensure you upload the final version, as only one file can be
uploaded. Technicians will review it for technical compliance. If changes are needed after approval, you must re-upload your presentation at the Speakers' Ready Room on-site.
- Visit the ONLINE CONFERENCE PLATFORM to upload your presentation.
- Log in using your e-mail address associated with your ESCP 2025 registration (top right corner - “User login"). You will receive your password by e-mail. Please save it for future use.
- Click on Presentation Upload and upload your final presentation.
If you wish to view your presenter notes during your talk, please visit the IT staff in the Speakers' Ready Room on-site to have this feature enabled. Otherwise, the notes will not be visible during your presentation.
OR
B) ON-SITE AT THE VENUE
Alternatively, if not uploaded online, you must upload your presentation in the Speakers' Ready Room at the venue no later than 2 hours before the start of your session. Please hand over your
presentation to the IT personnel in the Speakers' Ready Room on a USB flash drive. You will be able
to verify that your presentation is running smoothly.
The Speakers’ Ready Room is located on the 1st conference floor, room 111-113.

- Tuesday, 9 September 2025 8:00 – 18:00
- Wednesday, 10 September 2025 7:00 – 18:00
- Thursday, 11 September 2025 7:15 – 18:00
- Friday, 12 September 2025 7:30 – 17:30
VOTING/SURVEY
If you want to add interactive elements to your presentation, such as voting or a poll during the presentation, follow these instructions:
Preparation
All questions and answers must be delivered at least 5 days prior to the conference. Each question can have up to 5 answers. Open ended questions cannot be used. Secretariat will setup the voting
in the hybrid conference system.
How does it work
- Chairperson or speaker can ask the technician to launch the voting
- Technician will load voting and show QR code on screen
- Delegates will read QR code using their phones, voting will open in browser and delegates will vote
- Once the delegates had enough time to vote, you can ask the technician to close the voting and to show results on screen
- Once the results are presented, technician will close the voting and jump back to the presentation
Important notes
- Please note that the livestream is approximately 10 seconds delayed. Please give enough time to online attendees to participate in the voting. Online participants can vote in tab, that
will appear right next to the window with live stream. - Results can be displayed as Horizontal bars, Vertical bars, Pie chart, Doughnout, Circular area (radar)
- Once the session starts, the voting cannot be changed

RECORDINGS
Please note that all sessions will be recorded and streamed via the online conference platform, accessible exclusively to registered delegates. Following the conference, the recordings will be made
available through the ESCP Member Portal.
You will have the opportunity to grant or decline permission for the recording and publication of your presentation either through the Online Upload system or in the Speaker’s Ready Room at the time of uploading your presentation.
ESCP CONFERENCE AWARDS
Abstracts submitted into the Six of the Best, New Trials Forum, Surgical Videos, Elevator Pitch and EPoster, each have an award for the best abstract presented. Winners are selected based on highest
scoring.
The Award Ceremony will take place on Friday, 12 September 2025, 15:30-15:45 in the room Le
Grand Amphiteathre.
