How to Register

• Register via the Online portal using a new or existing account.
• If you attended last year or submitted an abstract before, you may already have an account
• ESCP members must log in with the same email used for their membership to benefit from the member rate.
• On behalf of another person, create the account under your name and fill in the Attendee’s details.
• To add extra items, log in, select “Manage Registration” → “Edit Registration.”
• A confirmation email with your registration number will be sent after submission.
• For group registrations: First complete the initial registration (the account can belong to you as the contact person). After finishing it, you can add additional participants one by one using the “Add Participant” button.

Registration Fees 

 1/ ESCP members must log in with the same email used for their membership to benefit from the member rate. Online Only members and Under 35 members are not eligible for the ESCP member rate. For questions regarding your membership status, please click here.
2/ Please find the list of countries eligible for the Reduced Country rate here.
3/ Participants registering under this category are required to upload valid proof of their status (e.g., confirmation from your institution, etc.) directly in the registration form. 
4/ It is not possible for one delegate to purchase multiple single-day tickets. Delegates who want to attend multiple days of the meeting must purchase the full registration fee.
5/ You will be asked to choose your selected Pre-Course(s) during registration. Please find the list here.

Face-to-face fees: fees include a local VAT of 21%. 
Virtual Fees: Delegates/recipients of the service from the EU with a valid VAT number are subject to the reverse charge system and the fee is 0% VAT (to be paid by the recipient in his/her country). VAT is shifted to the recipient, articles 44 and 196 EU VAT Directive. A valid VAT Number will be requested and validated during the online registration process.
For delegates/recipients of the service from a country outside of the EU, the fee is 0% VAT.
Delegates/recipients of the service from the EU who are not VAT payers, the fee includes VAT. For more information, please click here.

All registration deadlines are based on the local time (CET/CEST).

Day Pass Includes:

• Access to sessions and exhibition on the selected day
• Coffee and lunch breaks on the selected day

• Access to live streaming of the sessions
• Access to recordings of the sessions

• Available for Face-to-Face fees only

Cancellation Conditions

Registration Cancellations

• Until 21 May 2026 – a 20% cancellation fee will be applied
• From 22 May until 23 June 2026 – a 50% cancellation fee will be applied
• From 24 June until 20 August 2026 – a 70% cancellation fee will be applied
• From 21 August 2026 – a 100 % cancellation fee will be applied

Cancellation of Other Bookable Items

• Until 23 June 2026 – a 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from each item
• From 24 June 2026 – a 100% cancellation fee will be applied

General Cancellation Conditions

• Cancellations must be submitted by email to the ESCP 2026 Meeting Organizer
• Refund requests after 21 August 2026 will not be accepted
• The change of registration fee type is charged with a 20 EUR administrative fee
• Name changes are subject to a 20 EUR fee if requested at least one week before the event.

Invoices

• An advance (proforma) invoice is issued only upon email request. Please contact the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. with your registration number
• The final invoice will be available for download in the Online Portal three weeks after the registration has been paid in full.
• The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the registration process (step Contact/Invoice details)
• Any change of such details (name, address, VAT number, etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the date of registering and is subject to a 20 EUR administrative fee.

Payment Methods

Registration fees are collected on behalf of ESCP by the Organizer, CZECH-IN s.r.o., 5. května 65, CZ-14021 Prague 4, Czech Republic. All fees must be paid in EUR, free of all bank charges.

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

The preferred payment method is online via:

• secure gateway Saferpay
• provided by Worldline

Accepted Cards

• Visa
• Visa Electron
• MasterCard
• American Express

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is available until 31 August 2026. After this date, only card payments are accepted. Payments by bank transfer must include delegate’s full name and registration number. Payments without these details cannot be processed.  

Visa Letter

Requests for a VISA invitation letter are only available for fully paid or free registration. You can submit your request through the Online Portal. 

If you are applying for a visa to attend the conference, please follow the instructions outlined in this document issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. It provides detailed information on visa requirements and the application process for conference participants.

Certificate of Attendance

After the Meeting, the Certificate of Attendance will be available for download in the Online Registration Portal for all participating delegates.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include the participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Cancellation or Modification of the ESCP Meeting in APpproproiate Circumstances

In appropriate circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the event without prior notice. This may eg. include a change of time and/or venue. Any such decision shall be communicated as soon as reasonably practical. Appropriate circumstances may include circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organiser preventing or impeding the realisation of the meeting. For example, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague, or other epidemics or health concerns such as SARS, bird flu, COVID-19, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disasters, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike or other protest, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism or security concerns.

Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy very seriously and to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our new Privacy Policy during the process of creating the account in our system. You can view it here. After creating your user account in our system, you can manage your information, and protect your privacy and security via our Online Portal which is now fully GDPR compliant.
