The Y-ESCP Guidelines Talent Pool is an initiative designed to actively involve young colorectal surgeons in the development of ESCP guidelines.
Through dedicated training and mentorship, selected members contribute to ongoing and future guideline projects, gaining hands-on experience in evidence synthesis, critical appraisal, and consensus methodology. This initiative not only strengthens the quality and reach of ESCP guidelines but also builds the next generation of surgical leaders in evidence-based practice.
