This educational course with hands-on cadaver training has been organised by the Turkish Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery (TKRCD) with the Italian-Spanish-Turkish International School of Proctology and Pelvic Floor Diseases.

The course aims to provide participants with the skills necessary to develop a comprehensive clinical framework, accurately interpret preoperative diagnostic studies, establish appropriate surgical indications, and improve perioperative decision-making in proctology and pelvic floor surgery.

This programme will combine hands-on fresh cadaver sessions, simulation-based training, and high-definition video demonstrations of surgical procedures, followed by step-by-step technical analyses. Through interactive discussions and case-based debates, participants will gain a deeper understanding of operative nuances and complication management.

The course will feature a distinguished faculty from Italy, Spain, and Türkiye, comprising internationally recognised experts and key opinion leaders in colorectal and pelvic floor surgery. Their lectures and cadaveric guidance will bridge theoretical concepts with practical execution, promoting standardization of techniques and fostering professional exchange among European surgical schools.

Over three intensive days, the school will include cadaveric dissections, live surgical videos, interactive discussions, and guideline-based updates - ensuring that every participant develops both theoretical knowledge and technical mastery.
